Shipping & Returns



All of our shipments are shipped with UPS with a two-day delivery time.

Shipments are only made in European territory.

We provide tracking number so you can know exactly where your order is at any time. You will find access to the tracking portal in the shipping confirmation email.



Can I exchange a product for a different color or size, or simply receive a refund?

Of course. We offer exchanges or returns within the first 14 days of purchase. The cost of the return depends on the country from which it is sent. The cost of return or exchange shipping must be paid by the customer.

Once we have received the product and it has passed the quality control, if you want a refund, your money will be returned in 3-5 days in the same payment method that was used when making the purchase. In case you want to make an exchange, you will receive a voucher to spend in the store.


Any purchase made during a limited offer period will not be refundable in physical money, but rather in a voucher to spend in store.

What if the item I receive is damaged or incorrect?

In case of returns due to a defect in the product or our error (wrong size or model), we will assume the cost of return shipping or exchange of the product.


If this is your case, please contact us by sending an email to including photos of the product (bar code visible) and we will find a solution.
